Our Story
The Best Admin was founded in 2019 on a simple belief: exceptional administrative support can transform the way leaders and organizations work.
What began as a remote administrative support firm has evolved into a trusted staffing and consulting partner for organizations seeking experienced administrative and operations professionals. Today, we provide ongoing consulting support as well as contract, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire staffing solutions.
As our services have grown, our approach has remained intentionally personal. We take the time to understand each organization - its leadership, culture, working style, priorities, and mission - before recommending a solution or beginning a search.

Our Founder
Before founding The Best Admin, Sabah El-Amin spent more than 25 years working alongside executives and boards, managing the high-stakes details that keep leaders focused and organizations moving forward.
Through her work in philanthropy and across industries, Sabah saw that exceptional administrative professionals do far more than manage tasks. They exercise judgment, anticipate needs, create order, and expand an organization’s capacity. She also understood how difficult it can be to find someone with the right combination of skill, discretion, adaptability, and fit.
In 2019, Sabah founded The Best Admin to bring that firsthand understanding to organizations seeking exceptional administrative and operations support. Her experience continues to shape TBA’s standards and the thoughtful, personalized approach behind every client partnership.
